Arqueonautas Worldwide – Arqueologia Subaquática, S.A. (AWW) was established on 25 August 1995 as a private shareholding company in Madeira, Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registry of the Madeira Free Trade Zone under number 01750/950825.

AWW’s mission is to protect world maritime heritage while creating value for its shareholders. To achieve these goals, AWW promotes and manages licensing agreements of the Arqueonautas brand and manages controlling participations in affiliated companies providing services in the offshore market.

The share capital of the company, which is managed in the legal form of a Portuguese public company (S.A.), is split into 10,000,000 ordinary shares.

Business operations are entirely financed by private investors and revenues from the Arqueonautas fashion brand under license by House of Brands a subsidiary of the Otto Group, Germany.
